Sightseeing tour of Moscow usually takes 4 hours and includes several photo stops and a walk through Red Square. The guide and driver pick you up at your location, and we drive around in a comfortable Mercedes minivan or minibus, make a number of stops to walk around the most scenic locations, take pictures and learn the history of the place.

- in roubles by bank transfer from a Russian-based bank prior to the start of the tour.
- we will issue a payment link for the binding deposit and pre-booked activities.
We endeavour to offer cost-efficient and location/time cohesive programs, however, many venues and services require 100% prepayment for the guaranteed booking, therefore the following conditions apply*:
- 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remainder of the tour price is payable no later than 10 days prior the commencement date of the tour unless agreed otherwise.
- Cancellations between the date of booking and 10 days: loss of the deposit.
- Cancellations received 10-7 days: cancellation fee 50% of the tour price.
- Cancellations received 6 days or less prior to the commencement of the tour: non-refundable.

- Transportation by Mercedes class V, Sprinter or similar class vehicles unless agreed otherwise;
- Local English-speaking guide for transfers and sightseeing unless agreed otherwise:
- Entrance fees to museums, related fees such as metro fare or entertainment venue tickets, as stated in the itinerary;
- Complimentary bottled water in all vehicles;
- All taxes.
- All items of the personal nature;
- Air travel or train travel tickets;
- Meals unless stated otherwise;
- Hotel accommodation;
- No actual reservations have been made yet unless stated otherwise.

Once you place your order, either by filling out the form on the relevant page or contacting us directly, we will check availability and confirm your booking, as well as issue an invoice for the binding deposit and/or the full price of the tour.
Unless the tour is fully paid for prior to the commencement time and date, we cannot guarantee availability of some or all the tour elements, such as availability of tickets to museums, shows and activities, availability of vehicles of the stated class, river boat tickets, restaurant booking, and similar elements.

Lateness
- All the museums, entertainment venues and services mentioned in the itinerary are available by appointment only for a specific agreed date and time. In case of lateness attendance cannot be guaranteed and no refund is offered.
- In case of lateness for the agreed time and date for a sightseeing tour, the client is offered two options: cut the time of the tour by the amount of time of lateness and, possibly, exclude some of the options, or pay for extra hours for guiding and chauffeured vehicle rental covering the lateness time and extend the tour.
- In case of no show on the part of the client the guided tour or museum/entertainment venue appointment or service is considered delivered and accepted by the client, and therefore no refund is offered in case of no show on part of the client.
Russia at times has harsh weather, so checking up the weather and dressing for the weather or dirty conditions (mud, slush) is recommended. We will make efforts to educate our clients prior to the commencement of the tour on the proper clothing and attire, however, being dressed properly for the weather or dirty conditions expected at the site of the activity remains sole responsibility of the client.
In the event of tour or service or activity cancellation or partial non-fulfilment or non-delivery as a result of improper attire (too cold/too warm) for the cold or warm weather or dirty environment conditions or improper dress for a church or monastery (shorts/tank tops/ripped jeans) or a fancy restaurant visit (too casual, shorts, flip-flops, sneaker, tennis shoes, hoodie, T-shirt, jogging pants, sportswear), no refund is offered, and purchasing the right clothes or covers remain the responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated in the itinerary.
